I buy whatever low fat/sugar free ice cream is on sale, so I have tried a lot of them.
I lost a little more than 10 pounds on the sugar busters diet. I cut out/monitor white foods, so I limit the amount of white flour and sugar I eat. I even don't eat certain fruits that have a high natural sugar content like watermelon, grapes, and pineapple (all of which I love), and that has helped with not only weight, but with my health as well.
Just bought a brand new book on how to fit diet and exercise into a busy woman's life, so hopefully I'll put that into practice.
