My 2 yo son takes his florinef 2x a day, 1 whole pill in the am and 1 whole pill in the pm. He has always been a very heavy wetter- his nighttime diapers have almost always leaked at some point. My 4 yo son was the same way (he has always taken his florinef 1x a day in am- i whole pill). Rather than wake up to change- my boys are terrible sleepers so I try not to wake them- they do that quite well on their own!!! LOL! The way I have coped and it works 9 times out of 10- is I buy a diaper made for overnight- it is Huggies- so it is pricey (I have always used target brand diaper for daytime- they work and are super cheap! 13 bucks for a big box). They also make something called a diaper doubler- looks like a maxi pad- doesn't seem to work as well as the huggies overnights, but it helps.
