Hello. Congrats on the pregnancy. We had genetic testing done and found out which genes each of us carried and our now 10 CAH daughter. I was pregnant with our 2nd child. They said it would help them with our 2nd daughter. I had an amnio to find out if she had CAH because I was on Dex. We found out she was not effected and not a carrier so I got weined off the Dex. The amnio was not someting we were comfortable with, but we felt it was needed. I cant tell you to do it or not to do it, you both have to be ok with the procedure. It has to be what you want to do.
