Our SWCAH son got chicken pox when he was 8 months old. We stress dosed him, eventhough he didn't have a fever. He had the vesicels, but futhermore it didn't bother him at all, he felt fine. As far as I know chicken pox are the same for kids with or without CAH (except for the stressdosing ofcourse).
