my husband has svcah. currently off of his meds, but has been treated for 38years. his numbers have been very undercontrol to very not controlled at all. just recently the same sort of concerned have come up about test tumors. i couldn't really find any research that said much more than they were beign tumors and that they would cause infertilty issues. for us that has not been a problem. i would say that unless you were having some sort of trouble, surgery should not be an option.
