Vitamin D malabsorbsion

Hi - I like this board because of all different types of people with all different types of opinions and experiences. Was wondering if anyone with CAH or without for that matter has any experience with Vitamin D Malabsorbsion? My Endo and can you imagine being my Endo lol ? ran blood work that came back a little low in Vitamin D and now I was told after the Dexa bone density scan that " Doctor would like to test the Vitamin D again" I like ohhhh blahhhh waht the heck could this be? I think it might have to do with the parathyroid but I could be way off. Love my Endo and he looks awesome in the fitted Polo shirts he wears but would like to know if this Vitamin D thing ruings a bell for anyone? thanxs off to work
