Hello, Guess it's been a while since I've posted. Although my 8 yr. daughter has LOCAH, I decided to post here because its seems more people write here. I have to admit I have avoided this site for a while because I've been kind of down lately. I read all the posts and I feel overwhelmed and sad that my daughter has such a long lifetime road ahead of her. Stories about weight gain, diabetes, tiredness, depression, anxiety, moodiness, other health issues, facial hair, ect., are so hard to read when I see a "perfect" little girl right now. I just need to know if anyone out there as an adult with LOCAH is doing ok? How were your teenage years? Positive comments please. I guess I'm looking for reassurance that this is going to be ok... She will fit in somewhere with society and be happy! Sorry if these like self pity, guess its a phase I'm going through.. Michelle
