Sounds to me like the CLIMB group are pretty protective of their members, which isn't a bad thing. They were obviously made aware of the 'problems' you have had and don't want to take any chances. I would agree that you are being stubborn as it wouldn't have hurt to leave your name off the message. You may not be afraid of 'nutcases' but you must be aware they can cause an awful lot of harm and stress, having been a victim yourself! I personally wouldn't want my details made available to these 'stupid' people - if that makes me 'stupid' too, then so be it.
