re: Vitamin D malabsorbsion
May. 10th, 2008   5:00pm

Hi, i have low bone density. i had a bone scan on my back and hips and have found to be suffering from lack of Vitimin D  and my hips are quite low but my back is fine(thank god). steriods tend to weaken the bones but this can be reversble by taking supliments, which can be obtained from most supermarkets.

i have to go back every few years to see if its getting better or worse. fingers crossed it.
