CAH and 5k runs

I thought this would be encouraging to some of you. Linda's been getting the kids interested in running and so far they've competed in three different 5k's. Ginny's only 10 so she just does the 1 mile fun run. But Jonathan (14) is really getting into running and has been doing pretty good. He usually runs several miles every day on our treadmill, and has been beating his brothers (and his mom) in the 5k's. For a reminder, Ginny and Jonathan are our two with CAH.
