HI!!! I have travled at least 5 times with my swcah daughter. The first time was when she was 6 weeks old. What I did was get a special pouch for her meds. (you could use a smaller makup bag) In that bag I included her syringes, solucortef, cotton, 2x2alcohol pads, and bandaids. The outside of this small bag has a see through pocket. In there I have my notes for my DD. When I get up to the security scanner I tell them that I have syringes in the bag. Only once has a security gurad look through it. And then it was no problem. I keep this small bag in my diaper bag.
IF you anticipate traveling a lot I would sugest this........................

It is very easy. And that way when the child is older and has his own seat you will not have to worry about a safety seat ANd a stroller!! I have one but it is an older one given to me by a friend.
For now your little one will be sitting on your lap. Might want to get this.............

This bag is the one I have. It was great for my little one. We would put her car seat in that and it had a bit of extra room so I would be able to slip a few extra things in there. Just have to make sure it will fit yoru car seat. I have to get a new bag because I got a new car seat for my litttle one and the old one doesnt fit her new car seat.
Also you may want to have some info about CAH. CARES has a great pamphlet about what CAH is and what has to be done medically if a child has an ememrgency. Just give them a call and they will send one out to you ASAP. Also CARES can give you recomendations on an endo in the event of an emergency. also keep all ememrgency contact numbers for his own Doctors on you at all times.
HAve fun and if you have any other questions give me a holler at
