You do need to tell a trusted adult. You and your brother would be better off in a foster home if you live in fear and suffer abuse.
You are old enough to know what is best for you, and it sounds like you have a rough life--one that a pregnancy will certainly complicate further. If you want an abortion, you should not be forced to go through a pregnancy of rape. Don't let others guilt you into going through with the pregnancy.
