I just read your message and those that responded and I wanted to tell you that I am thinking of you. This must be a very scary time for you. You should definitely go to a doctor to get a pelvic exam and tested for any sexually transmitted diseases. The doctor will also double check with another pregnancy test and give you advice on how to get an abortion. I don't know what state you live in but abortion laws vary from state to state. Most require a minor to have their parent sign a consent form. I hope that you can find someone you trust to tell, like an aunt, a friend's mother, an older cousin etc who can help you tell your father. You really need to talk about this. It is too much to keep to yourself and try to deal with. Abortion is a hot topic but it is still legal in this country. If that is your decision do not let anyone guilt you about it. Please make the doctor appointment. Once you talk to him/her it may get easier to open up about this. What you need to know deep down inside you is that YOU did NOTHING wrong. Take care, Julia
