We do as Wendy-Lee has stated. If it happens a few times with a hour or more in between, we just give extra fluids and some binding foods as tolerated. However, if it happens several times back to back, or 6-8 times in a day, I'd go ahead and stress dose until the diarrhea stops, then gradually taper back to regular dosing.
