Hi there, I am 38 so I am bit older than you. I was born with SWCAH and have dealt with depression and anxiety my whole life. I just recently was put on Lexapro for the depression and anxiety. I really have nothing to be depressed about or have anxiety over but still do? I truly believe it has to do with the CAH and how it messes with your hormones and chemicals. It would be great to have someone else with CAH to talk too. My friends try to understand the best they can but they will and can never know what it is like to have CAH.
