Im 22 with SWCAH I was born with enlarged clitoris, which parents signed to have reduced... Now I have less feeling... Dont think that a bigger clitoris is a big deal. But also I dont think meds will shrink it. If I could of made the decision I would of not had a clitoral reduction, b/c I believe I lost alot of sensation. Hope this helps.
