Thanks for everyones help. I'm going to visit my GP for some blood tests soon. Regarding medication, i asked my doctor about this a while ago and he believed it was down to stress, as i suffered from basically exhaustion a few months ago. My dosage is very low now and has been level for 2 years now so he didn't think it would be that. Thanks for all your help:)
