Are you referring to the epi pens that they use for bee stings and peanut allergy injections? If so, you CAN NOT use those for injecting Solu-Cortef. I asked when my daughter was first diagnosed if I could use those pens and they said absolutely not because this needs to be injected IM, meaning "in muscle", or it is completely inaffective.
