Hi all, my daughter's last labs came back. Her 17 ohp was 155ng/dl around 4pm, roughly 13 hours AFTER taking 5mg of Cortef at 3:30am.
Her Androstendione was 220ng/dl
Dhea 248 (Not sure if this is dheas or just dhea)
renin 1.1
Testosterone 34
She has only been taking 5mg of Cortef per day, so why is her 17 ohp still that low? Could there be something wrong with the lab? It is done at Esoterix, suppose to be the best.
Dr said for her to just stay on 5mg. But stopped her Metformin since she really doesn't take it everyday like she is suppose to.
Anybody have any thoughts on this?
