I think it has to do with the feet jammies to be honest. My daughter could NEVER EVER wear those things in the winter OR spring. We always dressed her in just a tshirt and diaper as a toddler. She was always and still is to this day, a very hot sleeper. She could barely get through day time naps on a hot summer day because she would wake up red cheeked and sweaty. Once I realized I couldn't dress her in those feet jammies, we did ok. From what I can remember from past posts, I think the general consenses is that most CAH patients are hot sleepers. I do not have CAH, yet am a carrier and BOY am I a hot sleeper and always have been. I also started to realize when I dressed her lighter for bed, she slept longer and without sweaty disruptions.
