Advice needed: about taking medication in the early morning
Jun. 7th, 2008   7:34pm

Hi, my daugher is 2 years old now. According to doctor's prescription, she need to take medications three times a day.

06:00 1/6 Cortisone (25 mg/tab)
14:00 1/6 Cortisone (25 mg/tab) + 1/2 Florinef (0.1 mg/tab)
22:00 1/4 Cortisone (25 mg/tab)

Now she is getting older, and it becomes very hard for me to wake her up at 6:00 to take Cortisone. Because she always sucks on her pacifier when she sleeps, if I take her pacifier away, then she will become very very angry. In fact, she is willing to take medications at 14:00 or 22:00 but only the early morning one. I am so frustrated and helpless because she doesn't like to wake up so early to take medications.

Does anyone have the same situation? Any good suggestion? Thanks again for your help!

Fiona
