Ask your doctor, but I would think that you could wait until she wakes up in the morning for her meds. That is the way most kids take their meds. Also, how in the world do you cut a 25 mg pill into sixths? That can't be very accurate for dosing. Can't you find a smaller pill strength, like 10 or 5 mgs? She is also on a very high dose for a child her age at 15 mgs/day. The average would be 5-7.5 (maybe 10 max) a day total for that age. Is she growing? Does she have puffy cheeks? Is it high because she has a lot of crises?
