wanted to add that phone tag can be frustrated....stressful where I've been reducedto tears but sometimes offices are way busy at times, have emergencies blah blah whatever and offices even might forget to call in perscriptions.
They are people that do their best but aren't perfect.
I don't know if you were writng about friday from 2 days ago or a week but if you wanted to call back that maybe you would get a perky or posed mature voice that goes "Oh my we just went over your message and were goign to call back - so when do you need to come in?
I have CAH and other medical conditions - I've been through this and try to see the medical office staff as people who got kids and personalities who try their best but sometimes the day is just to busy and not everyone gets called back just like that. If you put in a call a week ago then call em back but if you called two days ago then give them Monday or call back Monday afternoon.
