Well since being on the hydro I have been feeling good. I also have been taking my vitamins and taking potassium every so often. Since my iron and potassium were low. I had been feeling pretty good when I made the change.

Anyway I was hoping to just stay on the one brand of hydro and now they have changed, so I'm hoping it stays the same.  That I stay the same. One thing I have noticed, and I just thought it was wishful thinking, was that I have a little less fluid and I look a little less puffy overall. Then last night my daughter told me that I look more toned. So maybe it is true. I work out at least 4 times a week. I know I have some muscle in there somewhere, lol....

Anyway I will be on the look out for any changes. I have not had any yet, like swelling, pain, fatigue, mood swings (yes mood swings) like getting mad and exploding real easy...that happened the last time.

My daughter doesn't seem to have had any changes, but she takes a very minute dose and metformin.

M1
