This happened to my daughter for the first time 2 nights ago.  she is 3.  She had vomited 3 times during the day, but as she had kept her meds down and was drinking i didn't concern myself too much as i have dealt with vomiting on a few occasions with both my girls.  Thankfully i took her to bed with me as during the night she took a seizure, which lasted nearly 10 minutes.  Her sugar levels were somewhere between 1 and 2 can't remember.  Apparently under 2.6 is seen as being hypoglycemic.  She was fine the next day after some glucose and fluids.
