Blood work levels
Jun. 16th, 2008   9:08pm
My son was diagnosed with SW-CAH at 10 days old.  He is now 8 weeks old and we just had his first visit with the endocrinologist. Everything went great but I am alittle concerned with his blood work levels. His 17-ohp was 1260. Everything I have read says that the 17-ohp number should be between 500-1000? I questioned my doctor and she said that his levels were so much better than what they were (10x's reduction) and not to worry. His testosterone was 36 and his androstenedione was 104. Should I be worried?
