i don't live in NJ anymore.  We've moved all over and still take our son back to New York City (we have family there anyway).  We use Maria Voigatzi.  She's great but doesn't have a lot of hours - she does mostly research these days.  But I would still recommend her - she's a wonderful person,, very knowledgeable and caring.  I would also take Kelly's recommendations.  You're lucky that you live near Manhattan where there are world-famous doctors.  If you want to know if you're seeing the doctor we went to in NJ you can give me his name.
