I'm not a doctor, but that's exactly what happened to my daughter when she was younger. Her first endo was horrible and had her on waaay too much cortef and she was so oversuppressed with swollen face and all. She wasn't growing at all either. We got her to a new endo, lowered the dose and spread it out more throughout the day (she had previously been dosed only twice a day) and she began to grow. Good luck, Julia
