i thought that was the case the reason i asked is my daughter had this 2 years ago and she was really unwell with it so we stoped the puberty blocker but carried on with the gowth hormone which is working well and she is a lot better also as pred is 3 times more powerful then hydrocortisone and does not last in the body as long i would really dig heels in and get second opinon i have 3 children with swcah oldest being 18 and all mine have been managed really well for there condition please stay in touch through this web site as were all there for you good luck
