We ended up ordering through medicalert.org. We put Adrenal Insufficiencey, Salt Wasting, Needs Hydrocortisone in Emergency. I chatted at length with our nurse at the endocrine clinic and we decided to purchase three of the cheapo bracelets. We're attaching one onto each of her diaper bags (our thought is that an adult will always be with her for at least the next few years that knows in an emergency to show the tag to the EMT). We're also putting one on her carseat in case of a car accident where the adult may be unconscious.
