Hi, I was wondering if some women who have used dilators successfully in the past could give me some effective advice. I was given my 'dilation kit' in December by my Gyno at the hospital to use (as i had surgery when i was young obviously). To begin with i was using the 2nd size dilator; however i've had a stressful time through exams recently so i missed about 1 months use. I still haven't reached the next size up which is starting to frustrate me a little. The Gyno never really showed or told me about them in great detail so i had to research on the internet before using them. I know it can be a long process but i was wondering if any women who had successfully used them before have any good advice for me.
