I have four girls ages 18, 16, 8, 7. Only my 16 year old has cah, but all are carriers. I had genetic screening done on my oldest and the two youngest were screened during my pregnancies.
They are all living a completely normal life. In fact my 16 year old cah daughter is traveling in Europe this week with a group from school. Yes, I was a bit nervous sending her off, but she calls every day and has her meds/shot kits with her along with a letter explaining her condition.
Don't be afraid of having more kids. There is a lot worse out there than CAH.
