I have 3 kids my eldest SWCAH, second is a carrier and my third is neither.  you both have to have your DNA taken to work out your childs form of CAH so then when you test your next child  you can then find out what they are.  I had a CVS done at 12 1/2 weeks with my next 2 and did take the dex but could then wean off by about 16 weeks as neither were affected.  When I thought about more children to be honest CAH didn't even factor into it at all.  But when i thought about a fourth I did think about it a bit more(decided 3 was enough).  It is definately an individual choice and we are lucky in that Jesse who is 9(touch wood) is an easy to manage CAHer and we have had no real dramas.  It really is luck of the draw whether your next child will born with it, 1 in 4 it will but 3 in 4 it won't!  Sometimes I'm even a bit sad that Jesse doesn't have a sibling to share this condition with for the emotional side of it all but I'm also very glad they don't.  Like already mentioned there are so many other worse things out there I think we are all very lucky.  Good luck with it all.
