My boys couldn't tolerate the sodium chloride- plus my insurance wouldn't cover the cost-  almost 80 bucks a bottle!  so their endo suggested non-iodized table salt instead.  This worked like a charm.  Once my boys were about 18 months we no longer supplemented sodium- but i will tell you my boys LOVE salt- I think their bodies regulate themselves.  g
