Hi All, My endo has me take it at bedtime for the exact same reason: adrenals need it in the middle of the night when they are most in need of the dex. My doc has me on 0.25mg. Probably being redundant here but just to bolster the post of the bedtime dose. The docs are on the same page, at least. Good luck, Carol
