re: CAH and Migraines
Jul. 21st, 2008   7:21am
My youngest daughter with CAH  has been a migraine sufferer since 3 yrs old.  We started a migraine journal and she kept track of dates, foods eaten, amount of sleep, stressors, acute illnesses, etc.  Sometimes you can sense a pattern, like for some girls PMS comes with migraines, but for my daughter, MSG (monosodium glutamate: a food additive found in a huge number of foods) was the biggest trigger.  It is in ramen soup and she ate it 3-4 times a week.
