hiya I took legal action over the hospital that treated me.It is a childrens hospital in Manchester England and I won. It was all about the treatment I should of got. The legal people who took the case argued that as my brothers and sister are in high paid jobs there was no reason I shouldn't of done the same if my treatment would of been done correct. Coz was in and out of hospital because of the poor treatment I fell behind at school. They settled the day we was due in court.
