Adults with CAH can discuss things on their own board.
People who may have not wanted to participate may decide to.

Cons...
Adults with CAH are a valuable resource for parent of children with CAH. A separate board may put distance between the two groups.
Parents of kids with CAH can be a valuable resource for adults with CAH as the deal with their feelings about their own parents. A separate board may put distance between the two groups.

Also I think we'd need to call it something other than "adult board" because that could lead to some awkward confusion about what the purpose of the board is.
