First of all, if you don't already have the following book every parent on this website would suggest you buy it "Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia A Parents Guide" by C.Y. HSU and Scott A. Rivkees, M.D. The CARES Foundation has it for sale or do a search on the internet-I found mine for $9.95 a great deal.
Now for estimated height this is the formula
A (mom); B (Dad); C (Average of parents' height A+B/2); D (Genetic Potential Boy C+3"); E (Genetic Potential Girl C-2")
Example A=5'4" B=5'6" C- 5'4"+5'6"/2=5'5"
D-5'5"+3"=5'8" E-5'5"-2"=5'3"
