WOW, that is so terribly dangerous. I wonder how she felt after going through any physical stress such as the flu, fever, vomiting or a car accident? Just vomiting could cause her to go into adrenal failure and die rapidly. You are a good friend to be concerned. I don't understand why someone with SWCAH would not take their meds. We only have LOCAH and we notice a BIG difference during times of physical stress on/off meds.
