My cousin had the same problem. She was very miserable. So she had the implant sugery two years ago and has SO much confidence now. She too didn't want nothing huge, she said she just wanted to feel feminine and be able to wear those cute little tops you were talking about. When I read your post it is like listening to her talk. She just got full B cups and it was enough for her. The problem your endo. would probably have for you is enduring the extreme pain you would be in for a day or two. But I say, discuss this with your surgeon and make sure your recovery time is under a nurses care or you stay in the hospital to be cared for to make sure you have a constant drip of Solu-Cortef. Because that was my cousin's only complaint, the extreme pain that came with the surgery. But my cousin said she would do it all over again no matter what the pain was. With any surgery, please make sure you find the right surgeon that has plenty of experience. Do your research. And then have it done. Your confidence level will be sky high. I see it in my cousin Heather today.
