Hi, I'm from the UK and am 18 with CAH. We get free health-care here, unless they deem it purely for cosmetic purposes or 'just a whim'. I recently had a boob job on the NHS (for free...) My consultant (endo) recommended a surgeon because I wasn't at all happy with having barely an A-Cup when larger boobs run in my family. I've now gone up to a C-cup so I'm really happy, apart from the numbness, which should go away...but do your homework before having the operation..! So..really what I'm trying to say is that, CAH can affect boob development, that's my experience anyway.
