They put me on IV hydrocortisone for a day after the operation, and upped it obviously during the operation. It's something that each anesthetist has different views on, but as long as you get across that you're dependant (I guess this is the right word..?) on hydrocortisone, and that CAH NEEDS your medication to be monitored, you should be fine. I'm guessing you've not had operations before? I've had two 'down there' and everything was fine as regards my tablets and levels. Don't let it stop you having the operation, its really boosted my confidence and I actually like my figure now!!! About boobs, I had 240cc, silicone, low profile, over the muscle. I was barely an A cup and am now a C. Its all good! :)
