I was wondering if someone has a site where I can print off an explination of CAH and what the teachers need to look for while Caleb is in class. I found one a few years ago and now that he's going to middle school I need to get them out to his new teachers so they can have some knowledge of what is going on with him and what to watch for. I did download some papers from the CARES site but it has to be filled out by his doctor and the one I had before just had information and didn't have to be filled out and signed by the doctor.
