Either I go on the trip (which has been the case for us) or if I couldn't attend, no problem, the school nurse goes. Many times even if I am on the trip there will also be a nurse there...fortunately or unfortuately (depends on how you look at it) we have other children will health concerns in our grade so there is a good chance that a nurse might be present for them.
