Hi, Laura - I've always used a make-up bag...not necessarily "really good"...but it does the trick.  I've looked for a more medical-type...but found them either too big, bulky, or simply not useful.  (I'm always looking for something I can cram into my purse)

Maybe you've checked the make-up aisles at Target or Wal-Mart - some of them are really cute and, while not technically insulated, provide some protection.
