I'm 22 with CAH. Ive been maintained perfectly my whole life & never had one problem with my CAH. Obviously ive had your typical stomch bug or fever in my life but my mom just gave me a extra medication.
In fact i never even believed anything was wrong with me my whole life b/c i never felt sick. I always felt like i was taking medication for know reason. I played sports my whole life & was just like everybody else.
Ive seen people on here talking about having adrenal crisis' in their life. Ive never heard of this & not sure what it means. What happens to you physically when you have a an adrenal crisis? What causes it?
