Hi Fiona! Are you Chinese? I'm a Chinese living in Vancouver. My 1 year old daughter also has CAH. Maybe you can ask your parents in law to buy your daughter PediaPred (Prednisolone). This is what my daughter is taking. It is more potent than hydrocortisone. Hope this helps!
