My daughter has SWCAH and her newborn screening came back negative. It is thought it was a false negative because the hospital ran the newborn screening too early. It is supposed to be run after the baby is 24 hours old but they tested my daughter right at 24 hours and it was false negative. They think she still had some of my hormones running through her body. Hope this helps.
