Dosage is important. I am 38 with SWCAH since birth and I have been on a low dose of dex. tablet and florinef tabs. for a pretty long time now. My weight is controlled but I do exercise alot and try to watch what I eat. I usually wear a necklace and carry a card with me. I have had a few adrenal crises in the last 5 years and that's not fun. My first crises I didn't have any dex. injection with me and that was not smart. So I do now and have used it a few times. Glad to see some adults writing.
